@spectrum – did you ever figure this out?
Hello – this isnt resolved unfortunately. I know you said nothing was done, but we had to disable yoast, then turn off the sitemap because if must have regenerated or tried to and crashed things. Can you please look again?
Can you outline what was done? This is just a testing site and we’ll need to plan to migrate the updates/changes to our live site and ensure its working properly there too.
Any update on this?

This reply has been marked as private.Thank you, I can confirm it appears to be working.
Would you mind outlining what was fixed so we know for future reference?
Has anyone been able to look into this with the corrected FTP information? This is a real blocker for us launching the new site.

https://wip.restorationlocal.com/places/pennsylvania/philadelphia-pa/fire-damage-1/ does not redirect to https://wip.restorationlocal.com/places/category/fire-damage-1/pennsylvania/philadelphia-pa/
ftp info to follow
I dont understand either comment. I don’t want my permalinks/urls to change, but you’re forcing them by not being backwards compatible. I understand my category level pages need to change, but they aren’t working as I clearly stated. You implemented an Enable 404 Rescue, I assume for this purpose, but that isn’t working.
Please provide a solution. I would prefer that not all of my urls break or redirect, but I’m ok with some as I understand the reasoning. The category based slug in the listing details will not work.
I’m not doing something out of scope. I’m using the base geodirectory functionality.
Old URL: https://www.restorationlocal.com/places/pennsylvania/philadelphia-pa/fire-damage-1/
There is no redirect then, and the new version will 404
https://wip.restorationlocal.com/places/pennsylvania/philadelphia-pa/fire-damage-1/ – broken 404
We have 404 rescue setting in place too. Thoughts? its trying to redirect to https://wip.restorationlocal.com/places/category/fire-damage-1/pennsylvania/philadelphia-pa/pennsylvania/philadelphia-pa/ which seems like its duplicating the region and city
