Yeah for some reason the listing is shown only when I’m signed in because the listing was posted through my account but a non admin user is unable to see the spin modern listing. I must have some setting unchecked that is preventing visitors to the site from seeing the posted listings

My solution was within the buddy press settings!
I figured out how to edit the widget short code.
