Listings added by admin are not visible to other users

    Hey I have ran into a problem recently where listings published, under a specific category, by an admin are not visible to other users. As an admin, when I click on the popular category widget, it takes me to a page showing the listings under that category. But when I try to do this as a normal user, the listings are not found. I can find the listing if I search for it specifically, but that isn’t what I need it to do.

    The first screenshot is showing what happens after I click the popular category widget.

    The second screenshot is showing what happens when I search for a specific listing.

    I noticed a difference in the url displayed, could this be causing the problem?

    Hi,

    the url is different because 1 is a category archive and the second is a search.

    However I get the Spin Modern listing here: http://publicties.com/arts-crafts-design/logos-graphic-design/

    Let me know if you managed to fix it by yourself.

    Yeah for some reason the listing is shown only when I’m signed in because the listing was posted through my account but a non admin user is unable to see the spin modern listing. I must have some setting unchecked that is preventing visitors to the site from seeing the posted listings

    So the category archive link is messed up and it’s not showing the actual categories when clicked. the widgets in the screenshots do not work either

    Ok the setting I needed to change was in s2member
