EduardoThis reply has been marked as private.This reply has been marked as private.I’ve got a message from Facebook indicating my app was “proactively” submitted by them. It states I cannot quit or add permissions, meantime I just can do some minor changes like configuring a category.
I am not very related to this so the GD team support to understand each of these functions to gather info about the Facebook user (if it is really needed and if so, what is used for):
1) user_gender
2) user_friends
3) user_age_range
4) user_linkI believe it will helpful to all GD users in order to run through the approval process.

Did you do anything on Facebook or Facebook API to get it to work at least at the minimum listing level (say name and profile picture)?

This reply has been marked as private.Forgot to mention that I am tempted (and would like) to use DSO but have read that Auto-updates and Uploading tools from WordPress or other CMS’s will fail due to permissions.
On the other hand SuPHP has the drawback of No PHP Caching utility can be used (OPCache, APC, XCache, etc.) so probably would interfere with GDBooster.

I tried Sparkpost (through their plugin) and didn’t have much luck.
I had a few things to tune up and now using mail-tester.com I get a 10/10 when sending from a regular mail client like from Mac using the same mail account and sending to either gmail or hotmail with great consistency on delivering to mailbox (https://www.mail-tester.com/web-q6tc3).
The problem comes when it is from the contact-form from GD where the score goes down to 5.9/10 as you can see in https://www.mail-tester.com/web-ld9ow where the main issues are:
-2.503 FREEMAIL_FORGED_REPLYTO Freemail in Reply-To, but not From (I believe there is no workaround for this since it is due to the nature of the contact form)
-0.635 HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG HTML-only message, but there is no HTML tag
Your message should contain an <html> tag
-1.105 MIME_HTML_ONLY Message only has text/html MIME parts
You should also include a text version of your message (text/plain)I have been trying to fix it myself and have found a couple of options shown in the following links but I don’t have the technical skills to solve it, could you please help me check if any of the below can be performed?

One last question, if I want to troubleshoot removing customer email, or phone number, is there a snippet I can use to test if that is the issue affecting?

Hi Alex, it is [email protected] but remember it doesn’t block it unless it comes from Geodirectory, a regular message goes through.

Actually I deactivated GD Booster trying to check if the problem was coming from there since the only thing that changed was the CDN SSL certificate and suddenly all the troubles began.
Finally I came back to a database restore per your suggestion and everything seems to be back to normal.
