1) reCaptcha is now installed but GD gives a 404 error after every activated action (i.e. insert a new review, reply to a review, add a new user, etc.)
Error says: “Epic 404 – Article Not Found. The article you were looking for was not found, but maybe try looking again!”.
NOTE that now these errors occur even if reCaptcha is disabled so it’s impossible to insert new listing, rating, review, users, etc.

2) problem n.2 is not resolved! All site pages appear with no formatting and styling after preventing PHP execution via WPMUDEV Defender plugin. Here is how Defender states the issues and fixing:
PREVENT PHP EXECUTION.
OVERVIEW: By default, a plugin/theme vulnerability could allow a PHP file to get uploaded into your site’s directories and in turn execute harmful scripts that can wreak havoc on your website. Prevent this altogether by disabling direct PHP execution in directories that don’t require it.
HOW TO FIX: We will place .htaccess files into each of these directories to prevent PHP execution.
After the fixing it says: PHP execution is locked down.

I didn’t add any function. It output comma separated by itself after upgrade 1.6.3. (before it was UL as it is now). It will be great if you explain me how to change with hooks: thank you!!
