“Thanks for providing the following snippet to change the enquiry form link. This has been added, but the class is not showing when its added, so i’m unable to style. You can see on this page https://www.foodtrucks2u.com.au/food-trucks/sydney/chillato-pop-up-gelato-bar/
Could there possibly be some part of the code that is not correct? Can I also ask if its possible to add a target(blank) to the link and if so, would you let me know what to add. This is what we have added from post https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/send-enquiry-link/#post-417543
add_filter(‘sd_details_output_send_buttons’,’_my_change_contact_link’);
function _my_change_contact_link($content){
return str_replace(‘”javascript:void(0);” class=”b_send_inquiry”‘,'”#form” ‘,$content);
}Thank you
DanielleHi Kor
Yes I do.
DaniHI Kor
Thank you. Did you fix the CSS issue?
I’ve noticed another problem with the mega menu. If I search by category and location on the home page and then click a category on the the mega menu, the location comes up again. Is it possible to have the location cleared for the next search on the mega menu?
Thanks for your help.
Danielle
All is fixed now including the menu.
Thanks
DanielleThank you for that. I’m talking to my website designer in regard to the above to see what he says.
In regard to the mega menu issue my website designer followed your instructions and this was his response:
I’ve checked and the 2 widget filter options are enabled, but it makes no difference, the menu hides all other categories once you go into a specific category, for example fast food. You will need to ask them if they can look into this further as it appears that functionality is controlled by GD, not Mega Menu.
Can you please let me know how to rectify this issue urgently?
Thanks
DanielleHello
Custom HTML was placed in the widget GD Home Top Section.
It still doesn’t explain why on the home page “Popular Categories” was appearing and the columns on the home page are not in 3 columns.
As explained earlier myself or my website designer didn’t change anything.
Danielle
Hello
Thank you for that.
I had to revert my website back to 6 August to get the website back how it normally looked.
For some reason there must have been an update and there were changes on my website that appeared that were not made by my website designer nor myself.
I feel as though the team a geodirectory do not take care in reading their users emails to work out what the problem is and how they can resolve it.
It has wasted a lot of my time and my marketing teams time.

Hi Kor
Out of curiousity when did someone login to my website?
Danielle
The buttons are:
Book a food truck
Add a food truckand a heading:
Food Trucks 2 U connect the perfect food trucks/vendors for your event.
Thank you. I don’t see how this is going to help with the buttons.
I think there is a problem with the new update.
Hi Alex
I’ve checked the widgets and the Popular Post Widget – Latest Food Trucks is set at 3 columns. That isn’t showing on the home page.
Please advise why this is occurring.
Also, there is a custom html (below) on the home page under GD Home Top Section. The bottons and heading are not showing and the 6 boxes should be in 3 columns. Why has all this suddenly changed? Is it due to an update?
<div class=”full-width-CTA”>
<div class=”clear”></div>
<div class=”home-CTA-lhs”><div class=”home-CTA-book-button”>Book a food truck
</div>
</div>
<div class=”home-CTA-rhs”>
<div class=”home-CTA-add-listing-button”>
Add a food truck
</div>
</div></div>
<div class=”clear”></div><div class=”full-width-CTA”>
<div class=”home-CTA-full”>
<div class=”homepage-CTA-heading”>
Food Trucks 2 U connect the perfect food trucks/vendors for your event</div></div>
</div><div class=”full-width-CTA”>
<div class=”homepage-CTA-2-col”>
</div><div class=”clear”></div>
</div>
<div class=”full-width-CTA”>
<div class=”homepage-CTA-3-col”>
</div>
<div class=”clear”></div></div>
Looking forward to your response.
Dani
HEllo
I’m not sure if anyone has touched the settings in my website, however, it has completely changed.
On 3 August I sent you all my login details to check the mega menu problem.
For some reason on the home page “Popular Categories” is now appearing and the columns on the home page are not in 3 columns.
Has anyone installed any plugins or made any changes? If so, what were they so we can fix it up.
Regards
DanielleThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Alex
My website developer tried the GD Popular Post View and unfortuntly this didn’t work. This was my website developers response. Please let me know if he has tried it correctly or not.
Website developers response – It doesn’t look like its possible to make the featured results in the search show first. My website developer tried your suggestion ” by adding the widget GD Popular Post View with the listings restricted to ‘featured’.”. The result showed all featured food trucks, it does not show only those related to the current search term. I can’t see a way to filter it so that it only shows featured listing related to the current search term.
It would be fantastic if you could provide the final code as its really not logical to not show the featured listings first in search results. This is what I have sold my membership on.
Have customers that have purchased this directory requested this before?
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks
DanielleI was given a code for this to happen from Alex.
Alex: It would be a customization but there is an example here;
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/directory-very-slow-since-transistion/page/3/#post-407637
I was also told that this would be put to the developers to make featured listings be listed first over free listings.
Looking forward to your response.
