Hi Kor,
at the moment this is how a details page looks like.
http://gdatest05.website/places/thailand/phuket/pa-tong/pubs/irish-times-pub-phuket/
I didn’t edit anything yet after the initial installation. So now I would like to move the page title, the address, the review/stars between the image and the description above the content/sidebar, under the featured image.
How would I do that? Do I just add these through shortcodes in the top position of the template? How about the page title/listing name?
I attached a screenshot of the GD Details page in the backend. This is without me ever touching or editing it.
Thank you,
TonyMay 17, 2019 at 11:35 am in reply to: HR in-between custom fields in GD Output Location on GD Details page #487065Hi Kor, afraid that doesn’t do anything. I added the info by adding the GD Output Location widget in the sidebar.
Example:
http://gdatest05.website/places/thailand/phuket/pa-tong/pubs/irish-times-pub-phuket/So how would I get e hr or seperator between each field as you have in the Supreme theme?
Thank you,
TOnyOk, cool, I learned something new as well 😉
Thanks a lot Paolo.
Hi Paolo, I attached a screenshot from the widgets page. The widget was created as any other widget so you can view all options for the widget right there.
Thank you,
TonyHi Paolo, the widgets are created under Appearance 》 Widgets. The Patong Nightlife widget can be found under the ‘Builder 2’ position and was created by selecting it from the list on the left as you would do with any other widget.
Thank you,
TonyHi Kor, works like a charm 🙂
Thank you very much!
TonyHi Alex,
please see attached images of what I am trying to accomplish. When I look at the site on my mobile phone, the archive items display in 2 columns, but when I look at the same page in the backend and select mobile view in the builder, they display in 1 column, which I would prefer.
Thank you,
TonyHi Kiran,
thank you very much, even if it is only the start end end time, as the event date is already added in the title.
Thank you,
TonyThis reply has been marked as private.Hi, sorry, but please ignore and set to resolved. My mistake. It’s all working.
Thank you,
TonyThat would be absolutely great Alex.
Thank you,
TonyHi Alex, I’m just trying to get the correct date and time of the event displayed on the widgets and archive items, not a list of all the repeats. What shortcode or block would I use for that?
Thank you,
TonyHi Kor, I really want to understand and get this right, so I eliminated everything that I know, except for the date and time of the events. I attached the Archive Item shortcodes and the results they give on the front end. Can you please explain to me where the calendar icon + date + time come from (under the address).
Thank you,
TonyHi Kor, I deleted my changes and added the original shortcodes in the classic editor as they come when installing Geodirectory. As you can see on gdatest05.website/events, the date and time are displayed in accordance to the actual date of the recurring event. So this is what I would like to acjieve. I could leave it as is, but I want to change some of the other elements, that’s why I started replacing the original shortcodes with blocks. I really hope Im making myself clear.
Thank you,
TonyHi Kor, sorry but I noticed that it shows the 1st date from when the event was created. Any way to change that? With the original installation and the original shortcodes in the classic editor, it showed the date and time of that particukar occurrance.
I copied the original codes back under the new ones, so that might make it easier to explain/follow. So if you go to gdatest05.website/events I hope you understand what I mean.
Thank you,
Tony -
