    Thanks Alex, one more question if that’s ok.

    In the search bar is a dropdown with the categories and then there is the search field. When I use the search field to look for ‘restaurants’ and I select in the Near field ‘Phuket’, I will get a title like Restaurants in Phuket, Thailand” on the search results page. I don’t get the ‘Search results for’ in the front of the title.

    But if I use the categories dropdown and select ‘restaurants’ and type ‘Phuket’ in the Near field, then the title looks like Search results for in Phuket, Thailand. In this case the category is not used in the title.

    Any suggestions on how to fix this, so the result in both cases is ‘Search results for restaurants in Phuket, Thailand’

    The same happens with the Meta Title.

    Thank you,
    Tony

    Hi Alex, thank you very much, exactly what I’m looking for. But for some reason, it skips 1 event. I took a screenshot and as you can see May 5 is not showing.

    You can visit this page
    https://getdirections.asia/places/thailand/phuket/rawai/restaurants/shakers-phuket/
    and you will see there is no event on May 5

    then click on “View Shakers Phuket’s all events” and you will see that there is a recurring Sunday Roast on May 5

    Thank you,
    Tony

    Thanks Alex, one more thing. As we are selecting events to be added to a place, it would be nice to be able to select ‘upcoming’ as the order to be displayed. The options at the moment all seem to be focused on places (a-z, rating, review, distance, random, etc…).

    Thank you,
    Tony

    Hi Kor,

    I added a GD > Search block, changed the settings and then converted the block to html which gave me the following result:

    [gd_search post_type=’image’ post_type_hide=’true’ customize_filters=’searched’ ]

    I saved the page and refreshed. The cpt selector is gone, so that’s great, but I can’t seem to figure out how to open the cog wheel when searched or have it always open.

    I also noticed that when clicking on the categories, for the events it only shows the categories that have events in them, whereas with the places, it shows all categories, so people get empty pages when selectiog a category without listings in them.

    Thank you,
    Tony

    Hi Alex, earlier I had to add !important as otherwise the borders/dividers wouldn’t be visible. Now it works without the !important…anyhow

    I browsed a lot, found a lot and tried a lot, but nothing seems to be working. There where 2 that stood out:

    .geodir_post_meta:not(:last-child) {
    /* here goes the code for the borders */
    }

    or

    ..geodir_post_meta:nth-last-child(n+2) {
    /* here goes the code for the borders */
    }

    Does this make any sense to you?

    Thanks,
    Tony

    Hi Kor,

    I’m not sure that’s what I’m looking for…

    I attached a screenshot. I would like to hide the dropdown for the view options on the places and the events pages. I can do that with css. But I want to make sure that the default view in the settings is set to Grid 3 and I’m not sure where I would do that.

    Thank you,
    Tony
