To disable header top, you need to visit customize -> Hedaer -> Hedaer top -> Uncheck Enable Header Top Section (I have already did that. So this is just FYI)

can the banner menu be above the banner?

I’m not sure what you mean by that? Do you want the banner to be displayed after the main menu. If yes thats not possible right now.

No i didn’t do anything on your site.

Most probably, you might have imported listings and thats why it didn’t recalculate the count.

Every time you add a review, category count will be recalculated automatically. Thats the default behaviour.
