    Hello

I have this issue with WP Geodirectory on my website. The profile description is not displayed on preview page. I plan to offer paid listing on my website and not having the preview (which comes before payment checkout) work well might discourage clients from proceeding to checkout and negatively affects our sale.

How can we fix this? I have searched the forum and this question has been left unaswered or unresolved in the posts I have seen.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

not having the preview requires a major customization. It is not possible out of the box.

The profile description should show in the preview page regardless, so if you provide a link and admin credentials we will fix that for you.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

It seems to be a conflict with events manager, if u disable that it will work.

Hi there, we have an addon for events. Its called “GeoDirectory Events”. I believe you already know that.

We have not tested our themes and addons with that third party plugin “Events Manager”. So there might be compatibility issues. We will address these compatibility issues in future releases.

    Thanks

Please test it and let me know if you have any problem.

    Thanks
