Yea and that support would have to know how your codes to be able to hide things that should not be shown. Nah that`s much too complicated. I will just hope that my customer does not insist to have this feature in the page.
Thank you for your support!
Ok but can it also hide the “my entries” and “add entries” links from the dashboards of usual users? Cause it would look strange if the GD links from the dashboard stay up there and when you click them you get to nowhere.
I mean here in the sidebar dashboard for example (screenshot)
Regards,
AtillaHi Guust,
thank you for the quick answer. The main reason why I ask is my customer does not want usual users to have the ability to add locations, events etc. Is any of the plugins able to manage that? Right now, it is just that function, whih would be too much for the normal users.
Regards,
AtillaAhhh ok… now I see it`s a plugin for itself.
Well people got to ask simple questions, too 😉Thanks alot Paolo – have a good day.
Ok, sorry 🙂
It`s just last time I posted there nothing happened (see my old question there hanging around) and I saw Jeff is more active over here. So I posted the same question here again, and Jeff was quick to answer while the other one ist still not being recognized.
Anyways I will try my luck again.
Kind regards,

February 21, 2017 at 5:36 am in reply to: Supreme Directory – CSS styles for dropdown menu in the search module #362784Hi Paolo,
yeah it looks correct / not buggy but I just found it boring and wanted to hange Link colors on hover add borders etc. but it`s not that important anymore.
But the days I had a bug with the background of that field in Safari Browser. In the select field there is mayne a png or a special background CSS, which is only visible in Safari. I tried to switch of all of the CSS which is connected to that field but it still stays and won`t change.
Could you please take a look? maybe you know where it comes from.
Thanks in advance,

Have a great time 🙂February 7, 2017 at 4:02 am in reply to: Supreme Directory – max. upload size for directory entries #356205@Kor Chung
It worked with your code! Thank you very much 🙂 Just in case somebody else is going to try it, there is just a tiny wrong thing in the code above in line 9 it says:
$height = 1500; // Your width here
that of course has to be:
$width = 1500; // Your width here
This is how I used it for having max width 2500, and max-height 1500. Well… I only changed 1 number 🙂
function gd_media_image_custom_large_height( $height, $default, $params ) { $height = 1500; // Your height here return $height; } add_filter( 'geodir_filter_media_image_large_height', 'gd_media_image_custom_large_height', 10, 3 ); function gd_media_image_custom_large_width( $width, $default, $params ) { $width = 2500; // Your width here return $width; } add_filter( 'geodir_filter_media_image_large_width', 'gd_media_image_custom_large_width', 10, 3 );
Thank you very much again Kor Chung!
Kind regards,
AtillaHi Paolo,
thank you for the answer. Then I gotta wait a little, thought that it`s quite complex. Or maybe a 3rd party plugin pops up 🙂
Have a good day!
