Are you using “GD > Output Location” widget in the Detail page sidebar?
Have you added the custom field to show in the Detail page sidebar?
If you want to show it as part of the profile tab, have you added the custom field to the tab?

Make sure your packages are active, and make sure the custom fields are active and allowed for the price package.
If we need to check your settings, provide URL and WP admin details in a private reply and also details of what we need to check.

Once they choose a password, they are just the same as any other user.
