Can you check those WP admin details please, they are not working for me.
You can hide that button with CSS or tell them just to drag the marker on the map to the correct position.
Hi Vincent, I checked your site and it is all working for me as intended in the English version.
Are you in the French version when trying?[I’ll attend to the other questions too shortly]
November 2, 2016 at 10:03 pm in reply to: Front-end event ticketing integration with GeoDirectory #297155I’ll close the topic, but I am curious why I am incorrect and mistaken. If it is possible what you are suggesting, I would like to know how.
Maybe I am completely misunderstanding.Have a look here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/why-do-my-locations-get-a-1-at-the-end/
You need to do that search in the database itself, for example with phpMyAdmin. This reply has been marked as private.Just re-upload them at GD > Design > Map tab > Upload map default marker icon
November 2, 2016 at 8:14 am in reply to: Can a CPT listing be linked to more than one Place? #296585You can link all the places to the tour if they are owned by the same user. But not the other way round.
And we do know that the linking needs the correct beginning of the name.
You can only have one price package active at any one time.
You cannot have add-ons.
Choosing “Basic featured +3€” for example will REPLACE “Basic 3€”
But allowing Basic 3€ to “upgrade” to “Basic featured +3€” means they can also upgrade to “Gold featured +3€”.Why would I ever choose a Gold Featured if I just can have a Basic Featured? I will already be featured, so the other bells and whistles are maybe not that important.

Stripe does support recurring charges but that should be clear when you add a price package.
That is why we need to check your settings, then we can solve it straight away.Is the popup working fine now?
I’m seeing past events in Places
You had GD > Design > detail > LINKED EVENTS SETTINGS > Display events filter: set to “all events”when I’m viewing ANYWHERE in my website
Sorry, but I do not understand …I’m getting two lots of Related Listings on some of my pages
You have the related listings tab active at GD > design > detail AND you have related listing widget in Detail Bottom section.I’m seeing Related listings on my pages in Google Chrome and Firefox but not in all the same Safari pages
Can you give examples of that? Thanks

You should always use a child theme, see https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
Then you can use functions.php, see https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes#Using_functions.php
But Code Snippets might be a better option for you. -
