You’re welcome 🙂
1. This is the link to the explanation how the search works:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#how2. The NEAR search is also an IN search if you set GD > Advanced Search to autocomplete for the locations, see image attached. Just start typing the name of the location.
3. You can add explanations in a text widget below the search bar to explain the advanced search, or you can set the Advanced Search to always open: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/widgets/#search
4. You can change the number of tag characters allowed in the price packages.
5. The word Maldives must not be in the CPT Title, but in the Title, Description, Category or Tag of the listing, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-design/#how
Click on the radio buttons in your add-listing form and you will get the correct URL, they look like this:
yoursite.com/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=2Change the curly quotes to straight quotes. Copying and pasting often imports the wrong type of quotes.

Add this code to your child theme’s functions.php
add_filter(‘geodir_location_description’ , ‘do_shortcode’);
Then you will be able to add HTML and shortcodes. You should be able to add HTML, but you cannot add shortcodes.

ThanksI alerted the developers to have a look at your question. Basically, you want to know if a location filter can be added to the calendar widget.
I am guessing that is your gravatar image.
To change the categories, go to Places > Place Categories.
Post your URL and WP admin details in a private message if we need to have a look at your settings.
This might be handy too: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/places-categories-and-listings/
Thanks
Just re-upload them at GD > Design > Map tab > Upload map default marker icon
I got Stiofan to look at this for you.
Vincent, is that on Safari on Mac?
Can you post your WP admin details here and URL [in a private reply] so one of the developers who has Safari can check that.
I have tried with Safari on Windows and the popup asks, but Safari cannot find my location but all other browsers do.You can create a “featured” like any other category, and filter by that category in some widgets, but any user can add themselves to that category by editing their listing. The Payments and Prices addon can control all that.
