1. The simplest way is to export an existing listing using GD > Settings > Import/Export.
That gives you the correct format to import again.2+3. You cannot use shortcodes in GD custom fields. Allowing shortcodes in custom fields is a security risk.
Thanks
Can you send us FTP too, so we can check why your Franchise options cannot be engaged in your price package.
ThanksYou had invalid data in the “submit_time” column.
Please check:https://horsesport-staging.d2t1vb9h-liquidwebsites.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=gd_place
You deleted them but left them in the trash.
I am guessing you tried to import with the post ID column populated, and because the listings still exist with the post IDs (in the trash), no new listings were imported.Personally, I would restore the listings from the trash, and then spend some time cleaning up the locations.
If you want to re-import all of them, delete all listings and locations permanently and re-import without post IDs.
Thanks
October 6, 2019 at 11:17 am in reply to: GeoDirectory V2: How to display different packages properly in the frontend #511794You can create a pricing table using a plugin, or have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/are-pricing-tables-slowing-down-your-site/
You will have to create a page that lists your packages and then you link direct to each of your packages, like this:
…/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=1
Adjust for CPT, package ID etcThanks

Thanks for your patience.October 6, 2019 at 10:10 am in reply to: Right sidebar on mobile not aligning with main section #511789Please check with the Listimia theme developer for that.
ThanksYou’re welcome.
For users to upload files, have a look at the “File Upload” custom field.
ThanksYou do not have any franchises.
Your price package does not allow franchises to be created.
Please review your franchise settings and your price package, and then create a main listing and a franchise.
Let us know. ThanksThere are 24 listings uploaded that day: https://merileads.com/listing/united-states/new-york/new-york/gorgeous-3-bedrooms-and-1-bathroom-apartment-for-rent-at-roosevelt-island/
By following the VIEW link I can see quite a few of them:
https://merileads.com/listing/united-states/new-york/new-york/gorgeous-3-bedrooms-and-1-bathroom-apartment-for-rent-at-roosevelt-island/They all seem to be here: https://merileads.com/location/new-york/new-york/
Can you be more specific as to what the issue is?
Thanks
It’s not asking to log in but is asking for a name and email so your site can send them confirmation and so they will be able to edit their listing etc.
The form is a user registration and listing submission in one. Thanks
You can not link to your listings direct from the menu, but you can add the GD Dashboard widget which will go the correct links.
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.1. No, you will need the Location Manager.
2. In the permalinks, choose “Default”.
Then in GD > Settings > Locations > Show Advanced, disable “Archive urls on details page”.3. Resetting permalinks requires saving as a different setting first, and then re-saving as the setting you want.
Thanks
