Sorry, but that is not how it works. Users and listings are different things completely.
Users have to register before they add a listing, or at the same time.
Users are like authors, and listings are like articles they submit. Thanks
Have a look at
Places > Settings > Custom fields > Package field > Show Advanced > Include this field in sorting options > YESThanks
If you add the admin email to each listing instead of the email for the listing, then only admin will get the reports.
You can create a duplicate Ninja GD contact form and change the actions for the form so all reports automatically come to you. You may have to add an admin only email custom field to get it to work the way you want (not tested).
Thanks
Where on the frontend do you see the data in those fields?
Who can see the data, other than the user and admin? Where? Example please?
Thanks
That is correct. Leave that field empty.
ThanksYou’re welcome 🙂
Please check now. You should visit
UsersWP > Addons > Geodirectory.Thanks
See image, thanks.
You do not have featured images for the listings.
Adding an image and then updating forces the image to be set as featured.I tested with creating a new listing and new listings are automatically setting the featured image.
I am not sure why the existing listings do not have a featured image.https://dev.shoppingonline.ie/profile/geodir_support/favorites/

Each custom field has an option “show in what location”.
Delete everything from there.Thanks
Hi Robert
Have a look at
Places (or other CPT) > Settings > PackagesThanks
Just use the normal setup but do not display the fields anywhere.
That way your users and you can edit the details but nobody else can see them. Thanks
Like I said, I am only guessing because I can’t recreate it. There’s no way we can find out what happened in the past if it’s no longer happening.
Have you tested it now? Is it still happening?
Did you change anything to the custom field settings that possibly is the reason? Have the fields always been compulsory?
Were the listings added from the frontend or by CSV import. If you can tell us how we can recreate the problem then we will have something to work with.
Thanks
