Sorry, just spotted they are not custom fields, because the WP search would not have found them either.
I am not sure now why it does not find it, it looks like because the word is in a list, it cannot find it. GD will check the entry titles, description and taxonomies (tags and categories) of the listings, not custom fields.

You should not run any caching (inclusive of Wordfence) except GD Booster.
Please turn off all caching and update WP and all GD plugins (you are quite a few versions behind), and let us know how you went.I am guessing you had navigated to one city only. I added the location switcher to your menu so you can see “where” you are. Please check again.

I notice you have more than one directory plugin active at the same time, that will most likely give you troubles. De-activating plugins you do not use will also speed up your site.
GD will not work with permalinks set to default.

I am not really understanding what you are doing with your shortcodes. Why are you using shortcodes and where?
