The category description changes depending on the category the Listings page is asked to display.
The search place displays listings from more than one category, so that is not possible. The drop down in the search are custom post types, not categories.
You can add the GD>CPT Listings widget to Top section of the search page if you like. That will link to each of your CPT pages.I can see that the theme compatibility does not allow you to choose your theme settings.
Your permalinks settings are not using postname, I did not change it because you are on a live site it seems.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnamesThere is also a conflict with another plugin or theme that is adding Google Maps API, and because you have 2 instances on the GD pages, the system is confused.
You have a lot of plugins that might be interfering with each other. Try de-activating them to assist in finding the conflict.I’ll also alert Paolo to have a look at your question.
FYI, if I understood the question correctly, you can change the name of the tab at
GD > Custom Post Types > Place Settings (or other CPT) > edit > Reviews tab label > enter whatever you like. Not sure what widget you mean, but you can add extra custom fields to the listings pages and popular post widget etc. Review this page:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#commonLet us know how you went.
Have you followed all steps as per
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installationHave your reviewed
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/dos-and-donts/
and
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/If still stuck after reviewing the above, post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we’ll have a check for you.
In that case, list your problems as specifically as possible together with URLs if possible. That’s correct, as far as I know. Let’s check with Paolo too.
Hi, your permalinks were not set correctly:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames
We fixed it for you.If you go to the photo tab, and click on any of the photos, you’ll see GD comes with a lightbox.
Remove
float: leftAdd
display: blockUsing the CSS inspector should get you on the right track to any other changes: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
But it might be simpler to add a text widget to the top section of the GD Detail page?

I think it is listing-detail.php you are looking for.
Do you have any Places? Set them to draft.
Does that work?I don’t see the problem. Am I misunderstanding or do you need to clear your cache?
Please follow the instructions at
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=geodirectory&tab=gd_place_fields_settings&subtab=advance_search&listing_type=gd_placeYou have not set up any fields for the advanced search yet.
GD > design > map > tick PLACES to hide from the map. That should make them disappear from the frontend.
