On entry of your site, it will either locate the closest listings for the visitor, or all of them.
There is no possibility to set a particular town as the homepage (maybe with a redirect from yoursite.com to yoursite.com/location/my-particular-town but probably not a good idea for your visitors). You had selected all events at “Display events filter:”, I changed it to Upcoming.
Let me know if I misunderstood what you want.If you want to show all, and then order by upcoming, that means that upcoming will show first, and the rest comes after. That is what you selected, so that is not a bug.
Not sure I understand correctly, but I think these settings should do what you want, see image.
You might have to clear your saved browser settings first:
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/faqs/how-can-i-clear-geo-location-settings/This reply has been marked as private. You can create a menu at Appearance > Menu ?
And if you have the map on the Home/location page, you will have a category list with subcategories as part of the map.
Thanks for letting us know.
You should find this in your child theme’s CSS:
.geodir-common { margin-top: 20px; }Just adjust that number.
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/customizing-your-style/Can you try to temporarily delete the customised template, and see whether it works with the default plugin template?
Just back it up first somewhere.GD > Advanced search > NEAR AUTOCOMPLETER SETTINGS and GEOLOCATION SETTINGS
Let us know how you went.
The theme of this site is not one of the GD themes.
You should be able to move some of the sections by CSS or changing header.php:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Designing_HeadersThat should be all in the core language file. Are you using the latest PO file?
To add a list of categories, add the GD > Popular Post Category widget to your page.

If you want more specific help, can you post the relevant URLs please.
I would think if her apps are up to date, then it should be just the same as any other chrome browser?
I doubt any of us will be able to test this …What browser is she using?
A hudl is just another android tablet, is it not?
http://public.hudl.com/support/troubleshooting/recommended-browsers/You will need to add a widget area to that page template, at the spot where you want the map.
http://codex.wordpress.org/Widgetizing_ThemesThen you can add the map widget there, or a text widget with a map shortcode.
