Both options have the same result anyway, I’ll set this as resolved.

I now have implemented part of what Paolo suggested.
You just need to add the CPT as a custom link.

If you add them to the GD Home Sections, they will only show up on location pages, not CPT or category pages.

    How do you update?

How can I show -for a specific city- the last reviews?
Add the recent reviews widget to the GD Home page.

I was not able to update your plugin, your site is not loading for me at the moment.

In the price settings of the package, highlight one or more fields at “Post fields”

    OR

in the custom field, choose your packages at “show only at these price packages”.

You should be able to hide the favorite and stars like this:

    .geodir-addtofav, geodir_Star {display:none}

And then style the review link so it shows a button like you want.
But that will take the visitor to the reviews of the listing, so you probably are better off with adding some coding.

It depends to where you want to add this, because another option might be to re-style and translate the “read more” link.

    1. Just add meta and description to SEO tab of location manager.

    2. Create a category called drink and nightlife and add listings in Delhi.

    3. Not sure if I understand correctly, but that would be a search result page.

    4. Like this:
    http://wpgeo.directory/hotels/tags/germany/berlin/berlin/hotel/
all hotels in berlin with the tag berlin

You should be able to do that from the database, or there might be a plugin that assists too. But there is no function in GD to do that from the GD admin.

You did not add the widget to the any of the GD Listings page sections.
GD Home sections are for location pages, not category pages.

I can see the reviews just fine on your homepage.

PS: make sure you update your GD core, that is an important bug fix.

You should be able to use bbpress without any problem, and if you use buddypress as well, the GD-buddypress plugin should integrate everything nicely.

As far as I know you do not need the Genesis child themes anymore, but just use the compatibility settings in GD. You do not need to keep GDF active, but will need to activate the Genesis framework. And creating a child theme is always the best idea, regardless of what theme you use.

I’ll alert Paolo as well, so he can check my theme comments, he is more familiar with Genesis.

That is because the GD listings widget has been added to the GD Listings TOP section.
The menu itself is added at Appearance > menus
