Yes, can you post your admin details in a private message please.
I can also see that there appears to be some modification to your detail page.
You should temporarily undo any of your mods, maybe that solves the issue?GD > Advanced Search > Disable geolocate on first load: > leave unticked
1. On http://dropct.com/enfold/members/posh-john/reviews/events/
John’s first review links to the listing, but the second link links to the current page.2. Not a bug but the GD login does not redirect to the BuddyPress registration page.
3. When I click on Reviews when viewing a member page like http://dropct.com/enfold/members/guust/, I get all reviews, not of that member I am looking at.
4. Is this page supposed to have a link to favorites as well?
http://dropct.com/enfold/members/guust/listings/
Because the favorites at http://dropct.com/enfold/members/guust/ are favorites of bbpress are they not? But there does not seem to be a forum?5. How come John has commented, but he is not a member?
http://dropct.com/enfold/members/The other 75% is fine 🙂
You cannot remove the postname (catalog), because that is the custom post type slug.
This is because this is the structure:
/postname/category/subcategory(optional)/post-titleIf you use the Custom Post Type addon, /postname/ will be the slug of the post type for example
/events/concerts/pink-floyd
/restaurants/italian/pedroDon’t know, that has never been the case as far as I know.
Does it work now?
EDIT: yes, it works, I had a look.
I’ll set this to resolved.<iframe width="480" height="360" src="//youtu.be/wdJUcZrzwCQ? rel=0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>Did you enter the full embed code?
Not really, but there is a GD plugin for that in development.
But if you mean an external engine, like booking.com etc, you can always link to your affiliate pages there.
There are quite a few others like that.http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/social-importer-addon/
Just start adding listings from the frontend.
Normally there is no need for users to be anything else than subscribers, it will not stop them from claiming from the front-end.
It is only if you want to do it from the backend, that you got to do the extra bits. Can you send your URL and admin details in a private message, then we can have a look.
Have a look at GD > permalinks.
What do you have for “Listing url prefix”?Done 🙂
To make a listing “owned”, do this:
1. Make sure the user is registered on your site
2. Make sure the user role is set to “author” or above.
3. Go to the listing in the backend, and choose the new author from the author list
4. Then set “is claimed?” to yes. -
