The links allow your visitors to add a link to your page on their social network page.
In what way to you want to change the links? The code is provided by the social network, not by GD.December 15, 2014 at 9:37 pm in reply to: What is the correct way of removing the comments from the page template? #24421In the wordpress settings:
WP admin > Settings > discussion > Default article settings > Allow people to post comments on new articles > Un-tick
It is not really in any template, and turning it off there will not turn it off for existing pages and posts and listings.
You can also control this on a post by post basis.“My listings” should not take you anywhere, that is the heading of the list that shows the Custom Post Types where you have a listing, in your case Places.
So only any CPT listed under “My listings” will take you to the dashboard with the user’s listings in that CPT.
Clicking on “My listings” should only open the list, not take you anywhere. No idea whether that is even possible. Let’s wait for Paolo to have a look at that one.
Can you post your URL and WP admin details in a private message.
Read the instructions on the top of the pages in Place settings.
In Advance Search tab: Click on any box below to make it appear in advance search form on Place listing and search results.
So click to move it to the right and make it active. Then go to the Sort tab.
Have you installed and activated https://wpgeodirectory.com/addons/advanced-search-filters/ ?
Once that is activated, you should have that option there:
GD > Place settings > field: category (taxonomy)
This reply has been marked as private.Working on that 🙁
You have to add the desired fields by going to custom fields,
open the category field,
scrolling to the bottom,
and tick “include this field in filter”,
that will add it to the “advanced search” tab.Let us know how you go, or if you need a hand.
You can search by category if you use the Advanced Search Addon.
Have a look here: http://wpgeo.directory/hotels/
Click on Customize My Search and you will find the categories drop down towards the bottom. Not sure what you mean. If you change it to a drop down, people cannot enter their search term anymore?
GD > custom post types > gd_free > edit > Profile tab label > Reviews
I hope you understand my shorthand …
This reply has been marked as private. You had removed set
GD > design > home > Home content section > DO NOT SHOW
with the result it did not show …
Should be fixed now.
I de-activated your caching plugin too: http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/dos-and-donts/ -
