Migrate wordpress with GD

    Hi support guys, I would like to “export” wordpress with GD from one site to another (for example staging to production); I’ve tested to achieve this with the following plugins : “All-in-one WP Migration” and “WP migrate DB”
    Both plugins do not give satisfactory results when “importing” into the destination site as I’m loosing all the GD tables.
    I also tried phpMyAdmin and just exporting the database. After the export I “manually” alter the sql file for the right destination url. This seems to work, however for the GD part I loose all the icon attachments (not the images) on the CPT categories.
    Is there a preferred way of “migrating” with GD?

    A member reported that “Duplicator” works perfectly.

    This is what I normally do.

    I get a backup via phpmyadmin. I use this tool to do the search and replace. This because doing it via notepad or simple text editors will damage PHP serialized strings or objects that will result in missing widgets and medias.

    It’s a premium plugin and isn’t cheap for multiple sites version but Backupbuddy is our choice every time. Cloning sites takes just a matter of seconds
