Yes, as soon you select a particular location, you will stay there, unless you change the location again.
You can see “where” you are at any time by looking at the “location” in your header menu. And yes, you can change Every Where to Everywhere if you like in a language file, until the team has ironed out all its little grammatical and spelling errors :).
And the URL is … ?
And putting everybody’s comments together:
- Rename Places to Farms
- Create different categories in Farms: straw, blue, goose and any other berry that takes yours or anybody’s fancy 🙂
- For each category use a special icon representing the fruit:
https://www.iconfinder.com/search/?q=fruit - Allow farms to add themselves to more than one category
To create a category, go to Places (or Farms) in your WP admin menu, click on categories and add a new one.
Have you checked the widgets areas, and reorganising does not fix this?
Try deleting a widget and then add it again.
If that does not work, I’ll have a look. t might be an error with one of the updated templates.manilaboy, can I have your WP login details please.
I want to have a look at what widgets you got where.
Also make sure you flush any cache first if you are using any sort of caching.Rog, can you post a new topic, and then post your login details there and a URL? Are you using GDF?
None of this is happening on my test sites.
Forwarded to the team …
And I bet you checked your username too?
I’ll get somebody else to answer your other question.Hi there, you’ll have to use the second option for now.
We’ll update that doc soon.
Thanks for pointing out the error.Does the listing have at least one image?
If not, add an image and have a look again.
If that does not solve your problem, then we might need to look further.A URL would be handy?
I use https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache on one site (which does not use GD), but must admit I have not played with too many settings. But it has minify and caching options.
If you find anything, please share. Thanks.Hi Sophie, I’ll have to get one of the developers onto this.
- You can add an address to an event if you use the front-end. But if you use the back-end, you cannot add an address.
- So the map of an event does not show, and also the counter for the number of entries per category does not work.
- Places works fine: can add addresses, shows on maps, shows in category count.
- You also want to know if it is possible to show events submitted by a particular business, on that business’ detail page, and if so, how.
As far as I know that searches for the geolocation of anything within the radius set in your GD setup.
So if you enter Vienna, it will search for anything within X kms of Vienna.Anybody, correct me if I am wrong 🙁
This reply has been marked as private.I’ll take it up with the others, and get back to you.
The plugin is ready for CSV import:
WP admin > GD > General > CSV file uploadOr do I misunderstand you?
