Can you give us a few links and more info?
You can make you post private if you like.June 13, 2014 at 2:44 am in reply to: Possibility of two versions of how the Post-types are displayed? #4133You can edit any of the fields to show or not show on the listings, detail page or both. Just go to GD > your custom post settings > choose the field and play with the different show settings.
You should organise your fields under a field set too.
Depending on your choices, you can add some of the fields in the sidebar, some as an extra tab etc.
See an example here, look for the more info (field set) tab and siidebar:

Thanks for the welcome, Paolo.
I hope I can live up to users’ expectations and GDs standards 🙂WP admin > appearance > widgets > choose the post type in the “latest” widget.
You can add more than one of these widgets to the same sidebar.@manilaboy
I alerted Vikas to have a look for you.@jeff
Private messages can only be read by moderators. Just post the message again publicly, this is not a totally public forum anyway.
Alternatively, I might be able to pass on the message for you.Depending on what you want to do, it might be simpler to rename your Places Custom Post type? That will only work if you want to change all the posts and you don’t have any new posts yet in the new custom post type,
Otherwise you have to have a go in the database I am afraid 🙁You might run into problems if the fields do not match exactly between the two types of posts either.
As far as I know that cannot be edited, without getting into the code.

WP admin > Appearance > Widgets > Look for the GMap-Listing page in the GD Listing SideBar > choose your zoom level and/or enable auto-zoomLet me know if that is what you were looking for?
GD > appearance > widgets > add GD Social Like widget to any of the GD pages
What the post says is that your directory page is here:
http://www.thehouseofdog.co.uk/location/
and that you can link to it from your home page.June 10, 2014 at 10:07 pm in reply to: Search Function Not Working in a WP install in a Subdirectory #3959Could you not just add a trailing slash to WP admin > Settings > general settings > WordPress Address (URL) ?
Ops, you can’t: WP will remove the / on saving …Mahmut, I am not sure, but I think if you want special markers you will have to create your own or get some from the net, for example:

You should enter it into your child style.css file. That is never overwritten:
