Not all your GD templates are existing still, for example the Detail page and the Add Listing page are not working.
I am guessing there is something wrong with how you set up your homepage, the rest seems to be working:

Appearance > Widgets > Listing Right Sidebar > Text widget.

I can see the problem, but cannot recreate that on my test site.

Can you make sure that there is an approved admin email at
WP Settings > General > Administration Email Address

I doubt that has anything to do with, so if it that does not fix it, then please post your FTP details so we can investigate.
