2. To search for tags, use the Search bar: https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/article/106-how-does-the-geodirectory-search-work
For example, this is a search for the america tag: https://doctorsgov.com/search/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=america&snear=&sgeo_lat=&sgeo_lon=
The categories widget allows you to only see listings in subcategories, see image.
Sorting by tags or categories will be alphabetically. Remove it at Places > Settings > Sorting.
You should use the shortcode builder to get the correct shortcodes:

Thanks
Please review https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/article/63-gd-post-address

If you are using UsersWP, you can add a link to the user’s profile when logged in.
If you then set the “Listings” tab as the first tab in the profile, then the user’s listings will be displayed when they click on “Profile”. Rename “Profile” to “Manage Listings” if you like.
ThanksThanks for letting us know.
Looks very much like the Max Mega Menu is de-activated.
I suggest you contact the Mega Menu developers for assistance, this is not GD related.
ThanksThat is called the GD Dashboard widget:
https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/article/50-gd-dashboardThanks
I can see a Grid 3 by default on that page, and the grid is displaying OK.
Can you be more specific when explaining the problem?
What are you expecting but not seeing?Did you follow the “Run the GeoDirectory Setup Wizard” step as per https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/article/118-whoop-installation-and-first-steps
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look at your settings if you like.
Thanks
Did you translate it after adding it to listings?
Then you will have to re-select the option in the listings for the translation to take effect, because translation will not automatically update all existing listings, it will only apply to new listings.Did you translate it in the custom field settings, or the language file?
If you do it in the language file, you need to do that before activating the custom field.Let us know. Thanks
Please have a look at https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/category/117-whoop-theme
