You can rename the place you want to delete, so it ends up on the same page you want to merge it with.
I’ll alert Stiofan too to look at your question after the weekend.
Thanks
I’ll set this to resolved for now. Feel free to add more comments if you get stuck.
ThanksI am confused. “Max Results to be returned by autocomplete” is only for search queries. So I am guessing that is not relevant for your question then?
Autocompleted locations are never more than 3, that is a fixed setting.
If a location is not showing in the three, the visitor can type more letters, and the filter will adjust to give the next 3 best results.
I think it is possible to change the max 3 to another number using code, but not sure. Thanks
The Google API does not recognise Yorshire as a region, only North and South Yorkshire etc.
You will have to set to multi region first and let Google fill in the regions.
Then you can set to your selected regions only.
ThanksThe simplest then is to delete all content of the database and start completely over again.
Something must have gone wrong during installation. Thanks
This reply has been marked as private. This is the address I get when using Slovak as the map language using OpenStreetMaps:
Nádražná, Západné Slovensko
Partizánske
Trenčiansky kraj
958 01
SlovakiaIs that wrong?
And this is with Google Maps:
Družstevná 18
Partizánske, Trenčiansky kraj 958 01
SlovakiaAnd I get the same result front end and back end.
Safest is to merge correct and wrong locations rather than deleting one.
One way to find out if a location has no listings is to use the filter in Places. Thanks
Can we have more details please, step by step?
1. What is the search query you add in the search field?
2. What is the location you are using in the near field?
3. URL and WP admin details in a private reply please. Thanks
You can change that in the core language file, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/
Thanks
Can you also give us FTP details and phpMyAdmin access details please. Thanks.
Make sure you use the GD-Buddypress integration addon and review the settings there to add “Listings”.
Make only your preferred login page available to users.
It depends on the theme you use, but only using the GD login widget should prevent users getting confused with different login pages. Thanks
Please refer to
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/manage-location/#edit
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/multilocations/If we need to have a look at your settings, then please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look.
Thanks
Users cannot choose schemas.
You can create your own schemas, please refer to https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/schema-types-are-very-limited/Thanks
I’ll set this to resolved and we will get the conversation going at https://wpinvoicing.com/support/topic/redirect-issue-on-checkout/
Thanks
July 22, 2018 at 1:19 am in reply to: Half of categories not showing up according locations on map #439279I’ll set this to resolved for now. It is quite common for local setups to have different problems than live sites.
