I can replicate it in Firefox.
There are so many possibilities for conflicts with the number of plugins you have, and the caching of your managed hosting.
I suggest to start with de-activating plugins until you find the conflict.
i’ll get the developers to have a look too in case they have anything to add.
ThanksWorks fine for me. Some caching issue?
Those are instructions for the old Whoop. Look at the notice on the top of the page.
1. Install the directory starter theme first and then the whoop theme from GD > Extensions > Themes.
Then activate Whoop.2. Install and activate the List Manager from GD > Extensions > Plugins.
The Posts to Posts plugin is old, but safe. We check it regularly.3. Whoop now works with UsersWP, our own plugin: https://userswp.io/
4. The old version of GD and Whoop has received a total makeover, and the documentation is being updated for the moment.
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply if there is anything we can help with until we finish the new Whoop documentation.
Thanks
You should not use the embed code, just the link to the video will do.
And you need to add the video tab to the page.
Please check now.
ThanksYou can turn the advanced editor off and on separately for each price package if you are using the Pricing Manager.
Thanks
Have a look at the settings of the “Description” custom field. You will find a setting to enable the advanced text editor.
Thanks
GeoDirectory Dashboard is an old plugin not compatible with your current version.
You can just delete it, the dashboard is now built in to the core plugin. Thanks
I reset your permalinks, please check now.

Thanks
All I can think off is that you did not ask UsersWP to uninstall all the data before de-activating the plugin, so the redirect from …/members/username/profile to …/profile has stayed active.
I’ll get the UsersWP developers to have a look too at your question to see if this is just a BuddyPress problem or something to do with the previous installation of UsersWP.
Thanks
Your previous CPT names “Accommodation” and “Hotel & Resort” are still active for WPML, so that may be breaking things, I cannot find the new strings for “Hotel & Resorts”.
I’ll get Kiran to have a look.
ThanksApril 23, 2020 at 11:06 am in reply to: Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED . #5420801 . I only want to show main/parent categories option in front page below search bar ,not with child or sub categories . (first ss )
Change the setting in the GD>Categories widget to not show subcategories, see image.
2 .I want to make a filter on places/categories/category-name page .Such that ,I can sort each category under child category/sub categories ,tags etc .It would be on top or left sidebar on that page like my marking on the second screenshot page . (2nd ss) .
I am not sure what you mean, but either
1. add a GD>Categories in the GD Archive template, that shows the subcategories, and/or
2. use the Sorting options at Places > Settings > Sorting tab. Thanks
Your CPT is called “Hotel & Resort”, not “Hotel & Resorts”.
ThanksThis reply has been marked as private. All works as expected with BuddyPress.
../profile is a UsersWP page but you are not using that plugin. Thanks
Your category icons need replacing, that is why nothing shows on the maps.
There seem to be a lot of references to your local computer.
You can use this plugin if you need to update a lot of old references: https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/Thanks
