Ninja Forms Popup Not Working

    Hi,
    I’m having a problem with the ninja forms contact form not loading. It just gives a black popup and doesn’t spin the circle arrow. It started as intermittent but now seems to be happening often. Occasionally it will load, but I have been testing it with multiple users and many have reported the problem.

    Can you help me hunt down the problem? I’ve updated all themes and plugins.

    Yeah Guust, that’s what I thought, but I cleared every cache I can think of and it hasn’t resolved the issue. Ninja forms doesn’t use caching do they?

    While researching I found a feature in Ninja Forms called “HIDE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED FORM?”. It was on. Wondering if that could have been the problem. Would you mind trying to replicate my problem on multiple browsers? We had the most trouble in Firefox.

    I can replicate it in Firefox.
    There are so many possibilities for conflicts with the number of plugins you have, and the caching of your managed hosting.
    I suggest to start with de-activating plugins until you find the conflict.
    i’ll get the developers to have a look too in case they have anything to add.
