You have a conflict with the Toolset Maps plugin. I guess that plugin is also adding the Google Maps API.

I cannot find why the map does not show on the category pages, I’ll get someone to have a closer look.

The send enquiry will be there if you add an email address to the listing.
You will need to activate the custom field “Email” again, so you can add an email.Thanks
