The contact button uses the popup and is specially designed for the detail page only, so the email address of the listing cannot be scraped by spammers. It is not possible to add that to a page that has more than one listing like the Listings pages.

There should be no conflict, you select which one you want to use at GD > Meta and Titles > Disable overwrite by Yoast SEO titles & metas on GD pages

I can see you changed some more strings in the geodirectory-es_ES.po file, but you have not re-uploaded the geodirectory-es_ES.mo file, that is still the old one.
Without re-uploading the MO files, the translations will not work.When plugins need updating, sometimes strings need to be changed, so strings that worked before an update may be replaced and therefore stop working. That is very rare, but sometimes it is the only way to fix translation strings for all languages.
So when a translation does not work, check your language file is up to date, and then check what extra needs translating.

When you change themes, you always will have to redo menus and most widgets.
GD can use the excerpt of the listing as the meta description, and will use the categories and tags as keywords. You can add any other content to the meta description automatically too, you can use any of the variables you can find at GD > Meta and Titles, like the location etc.
Search engines will pay more attention to what is on the page, and I don’t know enough about Yoast to know what extra they can add to a detail page, and the value of that.
That account cannot access the /wp-admin folder, it keeps redirecting to the homepage whenever I log in.

What sort of information do you want to add to the detail pages? You can add widgets with information or meta description if that is what you mean.

You have not added a map marker when translating the categories.
