Can i do both email verification and manually approve user after verification?
With UsersWP you can, I am not sure there is an option for that with BuddyPress. You can contact them if you like.You have added some PHP widget in the right sidebar of the GD Home section. That is allowing people to register bypassing your BuddyPress registration page at /register/

People can register on your site, in the sidebar, you have not set up anything that requires you to approve them individually. WordPress by default allows registration on submission of a username, email address (and password).
If you want people to activate their account by email verification, then you need to remove that option, and only allow the registration through Buddypress.If you want to manually approve each user, we recommend
https://userswp.io/downloads/moderation/ together with https://userswp.io/ instead of using Buddypress.
These are included in your membership.Your Buddypress settings are allowing all registered users to create groups. Change your settings if that is not what you want.

How are you translating the emails? Those emails are still in English at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=geodirectory&tab=notifications_settings

Your main menu is not working correctly; if you add a sub-item in the menu, they do not show when hovering over the main item – nothing shows on hover.

Have a look at GD > Notifications and make sure all shortcodes are in the correct format, there should be no spaces at all within the square brackets.

Each listing needs to be in at least one category, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/dos-and-donts/Thanks
Description is a required field for any WordPress post or GD Listing and cannot be removed without using the Pricing Manager.
With the Pricing Manager you can set the description character limit to zero, and submissions will be able to be made without a description.Let us know if that answered your question.

I don’t think so, but will confirm with the developers for you.
You can get notified of a user update by email, but it will not set the listing back to draft or pending.
GD > Notifications > Admin Emails > Notify Admin when listing edited by Author > YesThanks
