The communication from a local host website to external sources is not always the best, and therefore some things that rely on checking with other sites or APIs etc do not always work 100% on local host.
Once you move to a live site we can check things if you still have problems then.
Thanks
With recurring packages, the pricing is set based on the contract your user makes with the payment gateway, when they “sign” the contract.
Anything you do in the backend of your site will not change that contract between your user and the payment gateway. One suggestion is to only have 2 packages, and sell the extra offline services separately using an “Item” using the Invoicing plugin.
Then any of your users can buy the extra offline services at any time. Thanks
You have not updated the shortcodes yet.
You need to use the shortcode builder, I changed the shortcode to[gd_listings post_type="gd_place" post_limit="36" add_location_filter="1" sort_by="featured_desc" title_tag="h3" layout="4" view_all_link="1" with_pagination="1" bottom_pagination="1" category="0"]{FIXED}
You need to set the Featured sort to “descending”, not “ascending” in the sort options for the CPT.
{FIXED}CPT means a Custom Post Type, like Hotspots or Events or Places.
Thanks

January 28, 2020 at 1:15 pm in reply to: Customizing the Detail Sidebar like Supreme Directory Detail Page #527713For the Claim Listing button, you will need the Claim Listings addon:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/claim-listings/All the other options are added there by:
1. Places > Settings > Custom Fields > Edit any of the custom fields and select “Details page sidebar” from the “Show in extra output location” options.
2. Then go to Appearance > Widgets and add the “GD > Output Location” widget to the sidebar. The map is added by going to Appearance > Widgets and add the “GD > Map” widget to the sidebar.
Thanks

Check now.
Please update all plugins, de-active BuddyPress and Youzer. It turns out that this has already been fixed.
The fix will be in the next update, in the next day or two. Thanks
Can you explain more please? Do you want to edit the GD Archive page?
GD > Settings > Pages > GD Archive page > Edit.Thanks
Your users will not be able to add a listing using a package that is not active, so it should not be a problem usually.
ThanksPost your URL and WP Admin details in a private reply and we will have a look at your settings.
