January 27, 2020 at 4:05 am in reply to: Dynamic search result display based on map movements #527453
Sorry but there is no option for the listings to change as the map is moves.
I need further clarification on how to add “all_post=1” to the GD Map shortcode used on the search page.
Have a look at
GD > Settings > Pages > Search page > Edit, and add the map element [shortcode or block], for example[gd_map zoom="0" map_type="archive" all_posts="1"]The above setting will not work for all themes, some themes will need the map to be adjusted somewhere else.
For example, if you are using the Supreme theme, you will need to add it to the /themes/supreme-directory/content-geodirectory-archive.php file.Post your URL and WP Admin details in a private reply if we need to have a look at your settings.
Thanks
You’re welcome 🙂
Is there any way to sort events for an events archive page when output with gd_loop?
Have a look at Events > Settings > Sorting tab
Outside of gd_loop, is there any way to have a page like the archives page that sorts by event date?
You can use the GD Listings element, and sort by event date.
Thanks
January 27, 2020 at 12:32 am in reply to: Question about "Lock franchise fields" field in Add Listing form #527444That looks like a little bug, I get the same result in my test site.
Thanks for reporting, we’ll fix that.
UsersWP is the simplest for that, and the only way to redirect to your users’ listings on login. You can delete BuddyPress altogether.
If we need to have a look at your settings as to why the profile page URL is not working correctly, then post your WP admin details in a private reply and we will have a look. Thanks

1. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see the GD Calendar widget:
https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/2. I am guessing that you should be able to export the events, manipulate the database to make it suit GD events, and re-import.
3. No, only one CPT can be displayed at the same time, but have a look at the main map on this page, for the ribbon on the bottom that allows you to swap between events and other CPTs: https://wpgeo.directory/whoop/.
Thanks
Thanks for letting us know.
If you use UsersWP, you need to use the UsersWP profile page to show users’ GD listings.
1. UsersWP > Addons > GeoDirectory > Add the custom post types you want to show for a user
2. UsersWP > From Builder > Profile tabs > Add Listings as a tab. Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply if we need to check your settings.
Thanks
January 26, 2020 at 1:09 am in reply to: Set Correct Featured Image for Sharing with Facebook #527397I have asked a developer to have a closer look at your question.
ThanksThere have been 3 updates since Naveen posted that note, so I guess it is fixed.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/change-logs-v2/If I read your opinion, Guust, I understand that Tickera cannot be used in conjunction with GeoDirectory. Okay.
That is not what I said …
Tickera [as I understand it] allows ADMIN to sell tickets.
I do not think Tickera has any option to allow all of your listing owners to sell tickets.
So it will depend on what you are trying to do, and on Tickera’s options. If our code breaks another plugin, let us know and we try to fix it.
If it is because of the code of another plugin, then there is nothing we can do about it.I am not aware of any plans to integrate Tickera with GD at this time so that all of your users can sell tickets, but I will get the developers to confirm that.
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private.Yes, that seems to be a bug on your site, I cannot replicate it on my test site.
It works on your site for neighborhoods and cities, but not for regions.I’ll get a developer to have a closer look, it may be related to the fact that you have duplicated locations.
Thanks
The favorite is there, but the theme’s CSS is making it white.
ul.gd-listing-cards.geodir-category-list-view .geodir-post-fav .geodir-addtofav-icon i { -webkit-transition: all .4s ease; transition: all .4s ease; text-shadow: none; color: #fff!important; }The blank stripe is the line for the favoriting, and the category shows there because you added it in the left section [your 4th line].
Thanks
