WPML is required if you want your site in more than one languages, and you would still use PO files for some things.
If you only want to have your site in one language, you do not need WPML, but you would use PO files only.

1. If unregistered users follow the Add Listing link, they will automatically be asked to register or login. It seems you have renamed the Add Listing page or you have not set up things correctly yet.

2. Caching issues like that may be the result of where you host, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/#wp

1. Are you updating existing listings? If not, you should not have post IDs.
2. You cannot import listings outside your default location unless you have the Location Manager installed.
3. Not all listings have lat and lng.
4. I doubt the post date is in a valid format, you can leave that blank.
5. Some listings do not have a region or country added.
