Add a new textarea or text field at Places [or other CPT] > Settings > Custom fields, and allow the owner to enter what they want.
Then the only option will be to use a textarea or text field.

7. The ../location/ page is like the start page for your directory and can list all the listings in every city. That is not the same as the homepage of your website, but you can create a WP page for your homepage, with the same GD elements as the /location/ page if that is what you prefer.
You do not need to use the title “Location” or the slug “location”. You can change the title and slug.17. You can use the archive map in the GD Top widget. See image.
