I cannot see that problem, see image.
I guess you got to be logged in to see the “are you interested” section.
Please send us WP admin details in a private reply so we can check it out.
ThanksDecember 15, 2019 at 5:11 am in reply to: Unable to select Neighbourhood for a Particular Listing #521579This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. The GD update fixed the map problems.
Your other issues appear to be Avada related and may be related to the WP update to 5.3.1 but you should check with them. The background color issue is because you set the Event Detail page to have a yellow background.
Thanks
Have a look at
UsersWP > Addons tab > GeoDirectory sub-tab, and make sure to add what you want to show on the profile. Then go to
UsersWP > Form Builder > Profile Tabs tab, and review the tabs. Make sure to add Listings. Thanks
Do you have WP All Import installed and activated before you are trying to activated the GD addon?
Also, GD and GD addons should not be network activated but on a per site basis.
Thanks
December 15, 2019 at 12:38 am in reply to: Unable to select Neighbourhood for a Particular Listing #521567Did you swap from Google to OpenStreetMaps for any particular reason?
It automatically suggests Woodlands if using the Google API on my test site.
OpenStreetMaps is not as consistent as Google in some areas. Thanks
The [gd_post_meta key=phone] shortcode should automatically add the “tel” to it; it is not working because you are adding it twice the way you are doing it.
If you add a custom class to the shortcode, for example[gd_post_meta key="phone" css_class="my-css"]then you just need to create some CSS and you should have a button.
Thanks
They are probably just robots registering from /wp-login.php.
I suggest to use UsersWP and then you can redirect that page to your own login or register page, and add a reCaptcha to it. That will keep the robots out.

Hi Chris, they are only warnings, and you can just hide them:

1. Use the “phone” custom field and style it to look like a button using CSS.
2. Do you mean the large header image up the top?
That is specific to Listimia or Supreme.
With your own customization you can achieve that in other themes as well. Thanks
GD > Settings > Locations tab > Disable address autocomplete? > YES
Thanks
If the customer is happy with the address, then there is no reason to change.
You do not have to accept the address as suggested by the MAP API, but only Google or OpenStreetMaps can change the street address format, or you can manually. It is not possible for GeoDirectory to change the data from Google or OpenStreetMaps.
ThanksSee images. Thanks
Just keep it all together here. Thanks
