I had a test myself
1. Number of listings matches in CSV and site: 2162
2. The images are broken because they are not referenced or uploaded to the correct folder as explained in https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#images
They are referenced to /wp-content/uploads/ instead of /wp-content/uploads/year/month3. I picked one listing and updated city and region, all worked as expected.

You asked “How can we turn off / disable new signups?” … ?
I guess you did mean to ask “How can we turn off our users adding listings?”GD > Design > Navigation > Allow post type to add from frontend > NONE

Thanks
Can you try clearing your browser cache? Thanks.

The reason all your listings are in Indianapolis is because those listings did not have an proper address but only coordinates, and they have been given the default location details.
You need to export them, and correct the addresses, and re-import.
Thanks.
Hi, you need to link to #respond , not #reviews. Thanks.
What theme are you using?
URL and WP admin details, please.Yes, that should not be a problem. Thanks.
This reply has been marked as private.Contact your host first, a 500 error is server related.
If they cannot fix it, post URL, WP admin details and FTP details in a private reply. Thanks.I deactivated your caching plugin, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-caching-plugin-can-i-use/
I reset the admin password to the one you gave us, and all seems OK to me.
Please check.
Thanks for letting us know.
