I am sorry to differ with you, because I had seen in GDF, the dates were highlighted thro out the currency of the event.

More over, On May 29 and 30th when I do not have any events for those dates, why is it highlighting??

Your answers aren’t still convincing, yet. May be you have your own logic and perhaps a good reason for the system you have, you believe in. I would have appreciated if this type of renewals was made clear in your purchase/renewal policy before hand itself.

I am nobody to tell you what you should be doing (like removal of a certain Package).

I have no issues in dealing with new licence keys, so long as the site doesn’t go for a six and able to receive updates.

As informed to you earlier, I will purchase afresh a 4 months package, for the moment, and update the fresh licence keys at my end. Let me wait and watch how you progress (in terms of stabilising the newly released Supreme Child theme and other issues. I was told that the release of 0.3.0 will happen by the end of last week. The date has gone by and I have no information about its fate nor when will it be actually released. Or you guys still working on it to resolve some bugs reported by some members in the forum), during the next four months to renew or not or dump the product for good. It is my belief that when one is dealing in online market, one has to be careful.

Business Directory is a very competitive market, where majority of the businesses want a free listing. I am trying to change the ball-game by giving value added information. In fact, by getting a paid listing, they can do away with not having a website of their own. I have priced Featured Listing At ₹ 1,000/- pa (approx $ 15) and Premium at ₹ 2,000/ pa (approx $ 30). Even at this pricing, there seems to be terrible pressure. Plus I plan to additionally monetize the site thro advertisement revenue.

In this process, I have to calculate what costs go in and what revenues I can get. It is not only your renewl cost, but also costs associated with getting SSL certificate, moving to Virtual Private Servers, Payment Gateway etc.

Lastly, the more the delay, the more the costs.

I had earlier used Multi select custom field for Doctors Custom Post and entered as many as 40 options and it appeared in the front end very well.

Scroll down almost to the last (just before Upload of Images) and check the “FIELD OF SPECIALISATION AND TYPE”. Here’s the Link: http://eyp.co.in/hyderabad/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place&package_id=23

Something is going wrong somewhere…need to dive into it.

I did as you suggested and deactivated all networked GD Plugins; and activated on the subject site; But the problem persists. I also cleared the cache from the browser.

Your explanation is not convincing and does not hold water and it does not answer the specific questions raised by me. You can not change the system to suit one party.

If you go by your logic, then why even today you have licences for different periods. That means you take somebody on a short licence period and have him renew for longer periods? Is that your motive.

Any way, I will purchase a fresh licence for another period of 4 months and have the site updated with the new licences, as you assured me that doing this will not affect the site in any way.

Your Licencing System, and the resultant explanation, has shown the real colours of the Company. This will not show any good in the long run. Anyways, it is your company. However, we reserve the right to be associated with it or not, eventually.
