It works!
Thanks
I have modified those files (attached below) but it did not make a difference. Reboot the server, clear the cache and disable the booster did not help either.
Agreed. 1.2mb should be ok. The problem is that to get down to that you have to remove absolutely all the Geodirectory features and plugins. If you add them you will always go well over 2mb. And to be honest I do not have the infrastucture or resources that Yell has. So it is like having a Ferrari in the garage but having to use a ford fiesta because the Ferrari consumes too much petrol!!!
Anyway, I am sure many improvements will come to tackle this. Until then I will keep my site to a minimum. How does cloudfare sound like? Any feedback on that? Thanks

Is there any way to improve this?
Hi
I have been able to reproduce the issue in another of my sites very easily.
1- Have a site with the previous versions (the ones two days ago)
2- Rename “attractions” category to something else: “dogs” and create a place under this new category. I am not sure if this step is relevant.
3- Try to delete the dummy data from Geodirectory–>general–>dummy data. It will delete but it will not show as removed (this issue has been fixed in latest updates)
4- Upgrade to the latest versions.
5- Again try to delete the dummy data from Geodirectory–>general–>dummy data. This time it will work and it will show as removed and you will get the option to populate it again.
6- Create a new place, with any category and the issue will happen.
Hope it helps!
This reply has been marked as private.Ok .I have just upgraded and it fixed the issue!!!Thanks again
Find below a screenshot of my database where it shows that the dummy data is published but it is not on the back end or even on the front end.Just on the popular categories counter.
I have exactly the same issue. The issue happened right after deleting the dummy data because I did not need it anymore.
If I go to general–>dummy data–> it still says: Geodirectory has been populated…..DELETE DATA
The dummy data is not there anymore but clicking on the DELETE DATA does not do anything.
Please advise?
Thanks
Cool!
