Also, Since I posted this I made sure my browser would allow geo locating and I also tried it on a different machine and in both cases continue to have the previously documented issue

Would I be able to call an existing add listing method from theme functions? if so, where could I read the documentation on it?

The default setting of 2MB for file upload was too low. Works fine now.
