Implement add_listing into theme functions file

    Hello,

    Would there be an easy way for me use this method in the theme functions file, or could I get a link to the documentation? I’ll only be using this function when logged in an admin.

    Not sure what you are asking.
    To add listings from the admin area, go to Places and Add New.
    To stop users add listings, go to GD > design > navigation and remove all CPTs from Allow post type to add from frontend

    Would I be able to call an existing add listing method from theme functions? if so, where could I read the documentation on it?

    Still not sure what you mean with “an existing add listing method”, and what you are trying to do.
