Sorry for the new guy question but how do I get the FTP details from WP to provide to you?
I’m hosting directly on WP using plug-ins so I shouldn’t have any hosts being blocked (unless it is by them).
I went through the configs and it matches the updated instructions but I’m still getting the same error.
Is this still an issue? I’m having the same problem and will hold off on creating a separate support ticket if this is a case.
Of side note:
I deleted the facebook login app and recreated it but the Social Importer is still trying to hold on to the old app ID. I update it with the new app ID but on save it reverts back to the old one. The token still refreshes ok in this scenario though.

I am having a similar problem where I installed Market Cluster as a plugin on the WP hosted site (using twenty seventeen as the theme). Market cluster is not working on the listings page. The instructions in the link you provided seem to be for Supreme theme but I’m using the default theme.
