It’s not the plugin, there’s some sort of conflict somewhere. The developers here can surely help you to sort it out.
It’s indicating that there is some sort of error with the API key. Maybe try to double check on that.
I think the view shown in standard. The satellite view shows terrain.
Did you setup your Google Maps API key?

You could incorporate a newsletter into your site for keeping in contact with customers who wish to be contacted. Otherwise, you could extract emails from your website and just sent out periodic email blasts.
I don’t think GD has this capability build into it’s core though.

Add the WordPress plugin called “Code Snippets”. Create a new snippet with the code that Paolo provided you with and activate the code to see the changes you create.
That I’m not sure, but I’m thinking that it would require some customization. Someone from the team can properly address that question. 🙂

I would like all pages to be overlay of 0.5 except for listing pages, I want those to be overlay of 0.2
You can try to set the css, then clear the cache. Not sure what I’m doing wrong here.
You need to change the language file in the payment manager add on.
