Fixed! Thank you.
In an effort to troubleshoot this I have also cleared my cache and disabled all snippets, with the same result. I have also observed that the “confirmation” isn’t being displayed either. Thank you.

You can disregard this. GD Booster doesn’t seem like a viable plugin at this time. Moving on to another option. Thank you.
