    Hello,

    Some good news from my web host:

    “I’ve done some additional troubleshooting on this issue and I did find that the suhosin get.max_value_length was being hit by your script.

    I have defined that variable in your server’s PHP configuration and I see this has resolved the issue now.”

    It looks much better now (and faster with the GD Booster)

    The only problem is that the button colours are different, and also the website title’s size is too large, but I think this is related to the other problem with the CSS.

    Did you also look into the css problem of the Modern child theme which I mentioned in the posts above?
    Thanks

    Ok I can login again now, I went into the Cpanel and edited the functions.php file pasting the original Modern theme code.

    Could you please let me know where I can put the code in the functions.php file

    remove_action(‘geodir_details_main_content’, ‘geodir_action_details_taxonomies’, 40);
    add_action(‘geodir_details_main_content’, ‘geodir_action_details_taxonomies’, 85);

    so that the same error doesn’t happen again

    Many thanks

    Hello,

    I tried adding:

    remove_action(‘geodir_details_main_content’, ‘geodir_action_details_taxonomies’, 40);
    add_action(‘geodir_details_main_content’, ‘geodir_action_details_taxonomies’, 85);

    to the functions.php of the Modern child theme

    But I now have a parsing sintax error and I can’t access the admin anymore

    After it happened, I also tried pasting the code from the original child theme functions.php code (without my changes), but it still gave me the error

    so I tried to log out, and now it doesn’t allow me in again

    Hello,

    Many thanks for helping.

    I’m surprised that some of the changes like removing the “Place” word or changing the position of the web link require heavy customisation.

    But when the site is closer to being ready I will decide which things are more important and need to be worked on with a custom job.

    Is No 9 also a customization or is it something I could do myself?

    Thanks again

    Hello,

    1. The host said:

    “Max vars is actually set to much higher than they are requesting, so it’s likely another cause of the error.”

    2. For example if I change the colour of the site’s title:

    h1.site-title a,
    h1.site-title a:hover {
    color: #333;
    font-family: ‘Lato’, sans-serif;
    line-height: 1;
    }

    It works only if I do it in the “Quick code” section, not if I do it in the child themes’ CSS file

    Thanks

    About my CSS in the child Modern Theme.

    I tried again to add changes there (for example changing the colour of the tilte), and it doesn’t work.

    I can change the CSS succesfully only with the “Quick Code” section of the “GDF Options”

    It’s as if the child theme is not connected to the framework and CSS changes are being ignored.

    Could this problem also be connected to the GD Booster problem?

    Hello Stiofan,

    Thanks for your message.

    I contacted my hosting provider and they said:

    “I see no mod_security rules being hit. How large are you needing to use URLS ?”

    Hello,

    I created a page dedicated to the Map, and I used the code:

    [gd_homepage_map width=100% height=700 scrollwheel=false zoom=10]

    It looks great, but I was wondering if it’s possible to make it “full screen” by default, instead of visitors having to click on the “full screen” icon which is on the top left corner of the map.

    Many thanks
