    not really sure what the post you recommended has to do with this.

    So in the section where I set up prices…. PRICES AND PAYMENTS >>> Prices >>> then the section that says post fields…. all the fields are listed. It doesn’t let me select any of them to modify them if I wanted to take one or two of them out.

    Does that have something to do with it?

    Oh I didn’t have a setting right – the anyone can register check box under settings>general

    So create a package – do you mean I have to set it up in payment area? or how do I create a package?

    Nevermind… I got it by opening the javascript console and finding the error message.

    but there are NO pages to add to any menu or anywhere – there are no pages in the page section for events…just pages for the regular listings…

    In my pages section I have 5 pages: add listing, listing preview, listing success, location and sample page.

    there are no pages for events. there were no pages automatically created. Are they supposed to be there?

    I can access them when I am logged in and going to create a new listing.

    I just unistalled it and reinstalled and now it works so not sure what went wrong.
