Ok i just talked to my customer, and he definitely wants the verification Mails to go to the listing Email address.

Could you kindly provide me with the customization ?

Yes exactly, but the only way to verify that the user is actually the owner of the listed company is by verifying the listing Email address.

In 99% of the cases the email address is the listing is valid bc my customer sends out newsletters and told me that the bounce rate is pretty low. And for those cases where the email is not valid we do the claim approval on our own in the backend.

I attached you a screen shot of the file I opened, is this the right file to make the changes ? And what do I need to put in to send the verification mail to the Mail address of the listing?

Of course, the goal is in the business directory i make for a customer that they bulk upload all their existing members to the directory so that the members than can claim their listing an furter edit it. But regarding the gdpr we need to protect the data of false use.
And the process of approval should be as easy as it gets, therefore the function with the auto approval by email link was a great solution.
