I looked into this and found issue with GD listing widget when selecting sort by to nearest option for different CPT then viewing CPT.

We will update on your site once we fix this.

Hello Carin,

In GeoDirectory v2, the add listing/update listing/renew listing/upgrade listing/ process almost same. It is decided by package selection & listing status, that it is new/update/renew/upgrade.

– If user goes with same package then it will be update/renew based on listing status.
If listing is not published or falls in renew period then it will go for a renew listing. If listing is published and does not falls in renew period then it will go for update listing.
– If uses goes with different package then it will go for a upgrade listing.

So packages are remain visible on edit listing page. We keep your suggestion as we are improving things, so if we find something to update we surly implement it.

I have checked and tried submitting 2 reviews with 5 stars & 4 stars. Now it shows me correct comments numbers & stars even caching plugins are active.

Hello Carin,

I have looked in Companies(gd_place) settings and found that pricing fields(Package & Expire Date) were missing in Custom Fields setting. I run tool GeoDirectory > Status > Tools > “Clear versions”. Now the issue seems fixed now.

There is no widgets applied to GD Home Page widget sections. I have applied default widgets not GD Home page showing content fine.

Hello Emlyn,

There was column missing in listing detail table for the field “Number of Self Funding Clients From within the Local Authority Area”. I have deleted this field and re-created field. Now problem has been disappeared.
